The Program:

A 4-session, online program with specific strategies to Improve Memory & Brain Health. I’ve done all of the research for you -saving you so much time and lots of reading! Just show up and I’ll give you the pearls you need to keep your memory sharp.

Can’t attend Thursday at noon? NO PROBLEM! Each session will be recorded and sent out to all participants to “attend” in the comfort of your own home.

Program Content:

  • Pre-Session Coffee Chat: Test out the Zoom platform to make sure you’re good to go for Session 1; Meet other participants and get all of your questions answered

  • Session 1: You’re In Control! Genetics are a small part of our health outcomes.

  • Session 2: The Food-Exercise-Memory Connection. Specific foods and exercise – how much, how often -- to maximize memory and help prevent Dementia & Alzheimer’s Disease

  • Session 3: The Stress-Sleep-Memory Connection. Strategies and resources to reduce stress and improve sleep to help prevent Dementia & Alzheimer’s Disease

  • Session 4: MIND Fitness. How to exercise the brain to boost memory and help prevent Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease
